Dremira is an open experiment about whether two people asleep at the same time ever describe one scene from different sides. Using it means agreeing to what is written here. It is written plainly on purpose.

What you give us

The text of your dream, the times you slept, and, if you speak it, the recording of your voice. Nothing else is required: an account is optional, and you can record without one.

What we do with it

  • We compare it. Your dream is compared with dreams recorded during overlapping hours, and with dreams from unrelated nights, which is how a finding gets a background to be measured against. You can turn this off in settings and keep the diary to yourself.
  • We keep the recording for two years. The audio makes transcription better over time and is the material a future model would learn from. You can turn this off in settings, and you can erase every recording already kept, in one action. Turning it off does not delete your dreams or their text.
  • We never publish your dream. Another person sees it only after both of you agree, and you see your own words before they do, and can adjust that version.

What we do not do

We do not sell your dreams, we do not show them to advertisers, and we do not open them to anyone because a machine found a match. A finding is an invitation to decide, never a disclosure.

What this is not

Dremira is not therapy, not medical advice, and not a way to predict anything about your life. A finding means two accounts resembled each other more than chance usually produces. It does not mean the dreams were connected.

Ending it

You can stop at any time. Recordings you can erase yourself, in settings, in one action. To delete everything else, write to us and we do it by hand: dreams, text, findings, account. Dreams already counted in a published result stay counted, without you in them.

Said plainly, because it matters: deleting the rest is a manual step today, and a self-serve button for it is not built yet. Ask, and it happens.

Reaching us

Dremira is built by two people. Write to karpovantonme@gmail.com and one of us reads it.
